## Adding a report {#adding-a-report}

Reports appear at [ethereum.org/reports/](/reports/) and feature research, analysis, and publications relevant to Ethereum from a range of sources. Anyone can suggest a report to be added.

### Listing policy {#listing-policy}

Ethereum.org is a neutral, educational resource. The reports page is curated to:

- **Inform** readers about Ethereum technology, economics, security, governance, and the broader policy and regulatory landscape
- **Remain accurate** in its data and analysis
- **Stay relevant** to the Ethereum community and ecosystem

The site does not list reports that primarily promote a specific product, token, or commercial service. All suggestions are reviewed by the ethereum.org team.

### Criteria for inclusion {#criteria-for-inclusion}

#### Must-haves {#must-haves}

- **Substantive Ethereum content** - The report must substantially discuss Ethereum technology, economics, security, governance, or ecosystem, or cover the broader policy, regulatory, and financial landscape as it relates to Ethereum. A passing mention of Ethereum in a broader crypto report is not sufficient.
- **Credible source** - Reports are preferred from a source with a track record in research. This includes academic institutions, research firms, industry groups, foundations, and established development organizations. If the publisher is less well-known, include context in your PR description explaining their credibility and expertise.
- **Publicly accessible** - The report must be freely accessible without a paywall. PDF reports behind registration walls are not accepted.
- **Accurate information** - Technical and data claims should be verifiable. Reports containing demonstrable factual errors or opinion will not be listed.

#### Nice-to-haves {#nice-to-haves}

- **Recency** - More recent reports are preferred. Reports older than 2 years are unlikely to be added unless they are historically significant.
- **Original research** - Reports containing original data, analysis, or modeling receive priority over summaries of existing public information.

### Suggest a report {#suggest-a-report}

If you want to suggest a report for ethereum.org and it meets the criteria, create an issue on GitHub.

### Maintenance {#maintenance}

Report links are periodically checked. Broken links or retracted publications will be removed. If you notice that a publisher has moved a report to a new URL, [create an issue](https://github.com/ethereum/ethereum-org-website/issues/new?template=content-suggestion.yml) or send an email to [website@ethereum.org](mailto:website@ethereum.org).
