ethstaker/ethstaker-deposit-cli ethereum/staking-deposit-cli

staking-deposit-cli generates validator keys and deposit data for Ethereum staking, and is now maintained as the EthStaker fork that the original owners point to. Validators run it once when setting up new keys.
