c-kzg-4844 is the reference C implementation, with Rust bindings, of the KZG polynomial commitment scheme used for EIP-4844 and EIP-7594 blobs, and it is embedded in most execution and consensus clients. Rollup and blob tooling imports the bindings to produce KZG commitments and proofs.
